This is a group for those who want to live a nonviolent, high vibrational, health-oriented lifestyle. The intention is to come together to share raw, vegan recipes and information, and learn about the raw vegan lifestyle. I will hold food prep demonstration and classes, bring in guest speakers and teachers, and host raw vegan buffets.
